gnu: Merge EMACS-JANPATH-EVIL-NUMBERS and EMACS-EVIL-NUMBERS.
* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-evil-numbers): Use
EMACS-JANPATH-EVIL-NUMBERS definition.
(emacs-janpath-evil-numbers): Deprecate package.

Both packages are fork of the same project, the latter being unmaintained.
