gnu: nix: Don't propagate Perl libraries.
* gnu/packages/package-management.scm (nix): Move perl-www-curl, perl-dbi and perl-dbd-sqlite from 'propagated-inputs' to 'inputs'. [arguments]: Add #:configure-flags.
