gnu: zchunk: Patch references to the 'zstd' command line tool.
Fixes https://issues.guix.gnu.org/49795.
* gnu/packages/compression.scm (zchunk)
[phases]{patch-paths}: New phase.
[inputs]: Add zstd.
[propagated-inputs]: Relabel the zstd "lib" as "zstd:lib".
