* gnu/system.scm (operating-system-boot-parameters-file) [SYSTEM-KERNEL-ARGUMENTS?]: Remove unused argument (it had no callers) and adjust doc, moving the self-referential tip to... * gnu/system.scm (operating-system-boot-parameters): ... here, reworded for clarity.
