ui: '--help' output links to <https://guix.gnu.org/help/>.
* guix/ui.scm (show-bug-report-information): Link to <https://guix.gnu.org/help/> instead of <https://www.gnu.org/gethelp/>. The former is much more useful and includes links to GNU manuals.
