style: Add '--dry-run'.
* guix/scripts/style.scm (edit-expression/dry-run): New procedure.
(simplify-package-inputs): Add #:edit-expression parameter.
(%options, show-help): Add '--dry-run'.
(guix-style): Honor '--dry-run'.
