gnu: python-alembic: Update to 1.4.2.
* gnu/packages/databases.scm (python-alembic): Update to 1.4.2.
[source]: Remove patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-alembic-exceptions-cause.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
