gnu: kajongg: Wrap binary with pythonpath.
* gnu/packages/games.scm (kajongg)[arguments]: Add phase to wrap binary
with PYTHONPATH.
[propagated-inputs]: Move python-twisted, python-pyqt ...
[inputs]: ... to here.
