gnu: musl: Fix CVE-2016-8859.
* gnu/packages/patches/musl-CVE-2016-8859.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. * gnu/packages/musl.scm (musl)[source]: Use it.
