services: nscd-service: Add #:name-services parameter.
* gnu/services/base.scm (nscd-service): Add #:name-services parameter.
  In 'start' field, set LD_LIBRARY_PATH based on #:name-services.
* doc/guix.texi (Base Services): Document it.
  (Name Service Switch): Link to 'nscd-service'.
