gnu: Add mcrypt, libmcrypt, and libmhash.
* gnu/packages/mcrypt.scm: New file. * gnu/packages/patches/mhash-keygen-test-segfault.patch: New patch. * gnu-system.am (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add file. (dist_patch_DATA): Add patch.
