pull: Rewrite using gexps.
* guix/scripts/pull.scm (unpack): Remove 'store' parameter.  Rewrite
  using 'gexp->derivation'.
  (what-to-build, indirect-root-added, build-and-install): New
  procedures.
  (guix-pull): Use it.
