gnu: emacs-deferred: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/emacs.scm (emacs-deferred)[arguments]: Add fix-makefile
phase. Set #:test-command, and enable tests.
[native-inputs]: Add emacs-ert-expectations, emacs-undercover and ert-runner.
