services: Add 'auto-start?' field to <service>.
* gnu/services.scm (<service>)[auto-start?]: New field. * gnu/services/dmd.scm (dmd-configuration-file): Honor it. * gnu/system/install.scm (cow-store-service): Add 'auto-start?' field.
