gnu: bitcoin-core: Build with modular Qt.

* gnu/packages/finance.scm (bitcoin-core)[native-inputs]: Add QTTOOLS.
[inputs]: Remove QT.  Add QTBASE.
[arguments]: Specify paths to "lrelease" and "lupdate" in #:configure-flags.
