gnu: git: Add PCRE support to "git grep".
* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (git)[inputs]: Add pcre2. [arguments]: Add "USE_LIBPCRE2" to make-flags. (git-minimal)[arguments]: Do not inherit "USE_LIBPCRE2" in make-flags.
