ui: Set 'LESS' environment variable unconditionally.
Fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/41811>. Reported by Lars-Dominik Braun <lars@6xq.net>. * guix/ui.scm (call-with-paginated-output-port): Remove (getenv "LESS") call.
