build-system/python: 'package-with-explicit-python' uses 'eq?' memoization.
* guix/build-system/python.scm (package-with-explicit-python): Use
'mlambdaq' instead of 'mlambda'.  This does not change the <package>
graph and has no visible impact on performance.
