gnu: fuse: Add fix for CVE-2015-3202.
* gnu/packages/patches/fuse-CVE-2015-3202.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (fuse): Add patch.
