image: Use grub-efi to install the EFI bootloader.
* gnu/build/image.scm (initialize-efi-partition): Rename bootloader-package
argument to grub-efi.
* gnu/system/image.scm (system-disk-image): Adapt accordingly to pass
grub-efi package.
