gnu: fluidsynth: Update to 1.1.8.
* gnu/packages/audio.scm (fluidsynth): Update to 1.1.8. [build-system]: Use cmake-build-system. [arguments]: Disable tests; add phase "fix-libdir"; remove build phase "remove-broken-symlinks". [license]: Change to lpgl2.1+.
