gnu: libssh2: Update to 1.9.0.
* gnu/packages/patches/libssh2-fix-build-failure-with-gcrypt.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it. * gnu/packages/ssh.scm (libssh2): Update to 1.9.0. [source](patches): Remove.
