services: dbus: Add a VERBOSE? configuration option.
* gnu/services/dbus.scm (<dbus-configuration>)[verbose?]: New field.
(dbus-shepherd-service): Use it.
(dbus-service)[verbose?]: Add argument and update doc.
* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Document it.
