gnu: eudev: Remove bugfix variant.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (eudev/btrfs-fix): Remove variable.
(eudev)[arguments]: Add phase patch-bindir-in-btrfs-rules.
* gnu/services/base.scm (<udev-configuration>, udev-service): Refer to EUDEV
instead of EUDEV/BTRFS-FIX.
