gexp: Add 'raw-derivation-file'.
* guix/gexp.scm (<raw-derivation-file>): New record type.
(raw-derivation-file-compiler): New gexp compiler.
* tests/gexp.scm ("lower-gexp, raw-derivation-file")
("raw-derivation-file"): New tests.
