Revert "gnu: Add cl-https-everywhere."
With thanks to jlicht on IRC: sbcl-package->cl-source-package assumes all inputs are packages which isn't the case here. This reverts commit e31d48d8db09e723727eeadbeea22d677f5d1d52.
