hydra: Point the Git submodule to our local copy.
* build-aux/hydra/guix.scm (tarball-package): Add 'nix-checkout' parameter. Replace 'patch-bootstrap-script' phase by 'set-nix-module'. (hydra-jobs): Get the 'nix' value from ARGUMENTS, and pass it to 'tarball-package'.
