services: dnsmasq: Add TFTP configuration fields.
* gnu/services/dns.scm (<dnsmasq-configuration>): Add TFTP configuration fields. (dnsmasq-shepherd-service): Use them. * doc/guix.texi (DNS Services): Document them.
