* gnu/services/desktop.scm (%sane-accounts, sane-service-type): New
variables.
(%desktop-services): Use SANE-SERVICE-TYPE instead of 'simple-service'.
* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Document 'sane-service-type'.
