machine: Rename 'system' field.
* gnu/machine.scm (machine-system): Delete variable.
(machine-operating-system): New variable.
All callers changed.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix deploy): Use the
'machine-operating-system' accessor rather than 'machine-system'.
