doc: Use https://alpha.gnu.org instead of FTP.
* doc/guix.texi (Binary Installation)
(USB Stick and DVD Installation, Running GuixSD in a VM): Use
"https://alpha.gnu.org" instead of the now deprecated FTP URLs.
