gnu: services: Add MATE desktop service.
* gnu/services/desktop.scm (<mate-desktop-configuration>,
mate-desktop-service-type): New variable.
(mate-desktop-service): New public variable.

* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Document the service.
