services: wicd: Add Wicd to the system profile.

* gnu/services/networking.scm (wicd-service-type): Extend
  PROFILE-SERVICE-TYPE.
  (wicd-service): Mention it in docstring.
* doc/guix.texi (Networking Services): Update documentation
  accordingly.
* gnu/system/examples/desktop.tmpl (packages): Remove WICD.
