monads: Add 'text-file*'.
* guix/monads.scm (text-file*): New procedure.
* tests/monads.scm ("text-file*"): New test.
* doc/guix.texi (The Store Monad): Change example since the previous one
  would erroneously fail to retain a reference to Coreutils.  Document
  'text-file*'.
