services: postgresql: Use Guile datatypes.
* gnu/services/databases.scm (postgresql-config-file-compiler): Support Guile datatypes in the "extra-config" field. * gnu/tests/databases.scm (%postgresql-os): Test it. * doc/guix.texi (Database Services): Document it.
