scripts: refresh: Allow searching recursively.
* guix/scripts/refresh.scm (refresh-recursive, list-transitive): New
procedures.
(show-help): Document it.
(guix-refresh): Add flags and checks for new options.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix refresh): Document new options.
