doc: Refer to ‘iso-codes’, not ‘iso-codes/pinned’.
This effectively reverts 8e5c8303a414719c19a597247674be87fd500d45, which was unnecessary in this case and would break when evaluating ‘doc/build.scm’ against a previous Guix revision where ‘iso-codes/pinned’ is unbound. * doc/build.scm (localization-helper-module): Use ‘iso-codes’ rather than ‘iso-codes/pinned’.
