services: Add Enlightenment desktop service.
* gnu/services/desktop.scm (<enlightenment-desktop-configuration>,
enlightenment-desktop-service-type): New variables.
* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Document the service.
* NEWS: Mention it.
