archive: Add '--missing'.
* guix/scripts/archive.scm (show-help, %options): Add '--missing'. (guix-archive)[lines]: New procedure. Use it to honor '--missing'. * tests/guix-archive.sh: Add tests. * doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix archive): Document '--missing'.
