doc: Explain authentication in "System Installation".
Suggested by Vincent Legoll <vincent.legoll@gmail.com>.

* doc/guix.texi (OPENPGP-SIGNING-KEY-ID): New constant.
(Binary Installation): Use it.
(USB Stick Installation): Copy and adjust the authentication bit from
"Binary Installation".
