doc: Give an example with an encrypted root partition.
* gnu/system/examples/desktop.tmpl: Add 'mapped-devices' field.
  Use it in 'file-systems'.
* doc/guix.texi (System Installation): Suggest encrypted partitions.
  Give an example of a command sequence.
