services: vpn: Deprecate 'openvpn-client-service' & 'openvpn-server-service' procedures.
* doc/guix.texi (VPN Services): Replace 'openvpn-client-service' & 'openvpn-server-service' procedures with their service-type counterparts. * gnu/services/vpn.scm (openvpn-client-service, openvpn-server-service): Deprecate procedure.
