services: certbot: Rename 'host' to 'domain'.
* doc/guix.texi (Certificate Services): Rename 'host' to 'domain'.
* gnu/services/certbot.scm (<certbot-configuration>, certbot-renewal-jobs,
certbot-activation, certbot-nginx-server-configurations,
certbot-service-type): Rename 'host' to 'domain'.
