services: connman: Add iwd backend support.
* gnu/services/networking.scm (connman-configuration)[iwd?]: New field. (connman-shepherd-service): Add iwd? logic, remove wpa-supplicant requirement. * doc/guix.texi: Add information about connman-configuration iwd? option.
