services: Add rshiny service.

* gnu/services/science.scm: New file.
(<rshiny-configuration>): New record.
(rshiny-shepherd-service-type): New variable.
* doc/guix.texi (Miscellaneous Services): Document it.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it.
