gnu: services: Add pcscd service.
* gnu/services/security-token.scm: New file. * gnu/tests/security-token.scm: New file. * gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Register new files. * doc/guix.texi (Miscellaneous Services): Document the service.
