services: cuirass: Add a substitute-urls argument.
* gnu/services/cuirass.scm (<cuirass-remote-worker-configuration>): Add a substitute-urls field. (cuirass-remote-worker-shepherd-service): Honor it. * doc/guix.texi (Cuirass remote building): Document it.
