services: Add hosts-service-type.
* gnu/services/base.scm (<host>): New record type. (host): New procedure. (hosts-service-type): New variable. * doc/guix.texi (Service Reference): Document it. Co-authored-by: Ludovic Courtès <ludo@gnu.org>
