gnu: python-stsci-imagestats: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
The next release of the package will include test suite based on python-pytest, prepare for that. * gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-stsci-imagestats)[build-system]: Swap to python-stsci-imagestats.
