gnu: libsoup: Depend on a fixed version of Samba.
This avoids big rebuilds when Samba is upgraded. * gnu/packages/samba.scm (samba/fixed): New variable. * gnu/packages/gnome.scm (libsoup-minimal)[inputs]: Use it instead of SAMBA.
